Honeycutt Towing provides 24/7 towing and roadside assistance across the Birmingham metro. That 24/7 availability is for towing and roadside calls — not for picking up a vehicle that's already at our lot.
We're a small, family-operated team. Keeping vehicle pickup to set hours and by appointment means someone is actually here to help you when you arrive, instead of you showing up to a locked gate.

Calling our 24-hour dispatch line after hours gets your call answered — it does not mean the pickup lot is open. Please don't arrive without calling first. Staff may not be available to assist customers who arrive without a confirmed appointment.

When you call, we'll confirm we have your vehicle, set up your appointment, and tell you how to send us your photo ID and proof of ownership ahead of time so pickup goes faster once you arrive.
Our trucks and roadside team operate around the clock because breakdowns and emergencies don't wait. Vehicle pickup is different — it takes someone at the office to check you in and release the vehicle, so it's limited to hours when our team is actually there.
